SupportI rarely ever use support anymore since everything simply just works. I probably have submitted 1 or 2 tickets in the past 3-4 months and they were answered (and resolved) within minutes. On a related note layer0 (the owner) has been fantastic; he definitely adds a very rare personal touch to the support. PerformanceMy server has remained consistently fast and reliable without any random slowdowns whatsoever. The server's software remains up-to-date and secure. In the past 3-4 months. I have had 100% uptime (excluding scheduled downtime such as hardware upgrades which were very short). ConclusionEverything is just phenomenal and I'm very confident that things will remain so in the coming years. MediaLayer deserves a lot of kudos for the service they are providing. Here's to another year!

I've had the same experience with them over the past 6 months. Expert support exceptionally fast page loads and great uptime (99.92% by my monitoring). The only significant problem was a switch that went bad - fixed quickly and with good communication. Amazing value from a $10 account - congrats and thanks to layer0.

Any host that is committed to serving applications and has pricing and packages to be generally do a better job then the average provider... its all about customers shopping for what they actually need vs huge packages that they will never use and probably will never be able to use...

I've always found it interesting that given their positioning as a high grade entertain they had accounts starting at such a low pricing inform. Then again most sites.
